  • What details do you need from me for my order?
  • We’ll need the recipient’s name, the address where you want us to deliver to, and the phone number for your recipient. We also will need your contact information (phone number and email address), incase of any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by phone or email.

    If you wish to add a thoughtful message with your flower delivery there will be an option to do so before you check out.


  • How long do  VL Flowers arrangements last and how to give them a longer life? 
  • VL Flowers uses the best quality of flowers, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee how long fresh flowers will last as they no longer live in the soil when delivered to you. However, with a proper care, you can make a significant difference in their lifespan.


    To give your flowers a longer life:


    • Do NOT place arrangements directly under ceiling fans, on top of televisions or radiators. 

    • Place your arrangement indoors, away from any direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents. 

    • Keep the arrangement in a cool spot (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit).

    • VL Flowers arrangements in a glass vase: please keep the vase filled to the top with clean water. Change water every other day.

    • VL Flowers arrangements in  Boxes: Add a cup of water (tea cup) every other day from the middle into the base of the box. 

    • Remove fading blooms and foliage. Some flowers last longer than others. To keep your entire arrangement looking fresh, simply pluck fading flowers off the stem.


    • For orchids or succulents, please wait about 10 days between watering and provide only a small amount of water. Orchids and succulents thrive in a dryer environment!


  • Will the arrangements look exactly the same as in the photo? 

  • Most of the time, the arrangements will look very similar to the ones featured on this website. However, please be advised that substitutions may need to be made based on season, availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. We will make sure to pay careful attention to overall shape, style, size and color combination. In single-variety arrangements only, variety will take preference over color. For example, if a florist is out of “white peonies," they will substitute another color of peonies, not another white flower.

     It is our policy to reach out and get approval from the customer before any substitutions are made. Due to delivery time restraints, if we cannot get in contact with you the florist will use their discretion to decide.

    The"look and feel" of our arrangements featured will remain the same.


  • To what areas do you deliver to?

  • VL Flowers is a new business located in West Los angeles. We currently only deliver to specific areas at this time. Howere, we are working diligently to expand our reach and provide delivery services to more locations in the near future. Thank you for your support and understanding.


    Areas of delivery - Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Beverlywood, Brentwood, Cheviot Hills, Culver City, Hancock Park, Hollywood, Mar Vista, Palisades, Palms, Santa Monica, West Hollywood and West Los Angeles.


  • Do you do weekend deliveries?

  • At this moment, we do deliveries on Saturday, but we are working towards the goal of soon being able to deliver on Sundays as well.



  • What are hours of delivery?
  • Our hours of delivery are 9:00am-6:00pm (PST)


  • Is it possible to request a delivery time? 

  • Due to multiple variables, including the traffic in Los Angeles, we DO NOT GUARANTEE deliveries at a specific time. Nevertheless, you can request a delivery time frame, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame. You can call our customer service at 310-980-7759 or email inquiries to sales@vl-flowers.com, after you have placed your order, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.


  • If there is a mistake in my order, how can I change it?

    You can call us at 310-980-7759 or email info@vl-flowers.com at any time for immediate service.

    Our customer service specialists are very well trained to help you and are motivated to make sure everything is perfect.






  • How long in advance should I contact you regarding flower centerpieces for an event and what is the policy?

  • For ordering a centerpiece for your special event, please contact us at least two months in advance at 310-980-7759 or email inquiries to  events@vl-vlowers.com, so we can reserve your day of the event and all the necessary details. 



  • Special Offer policies 

  • Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Limit one promotion per order.



    CHANGES AND CANCELLATION policy 


    If there is a change or you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to accommodate requests when possible. 24 hour notice is required for a cancellation of an order. Orders cannot be changed or canceled if items have been sent out for delivery. NO REFUNDS. Store credit only. Please check carefully before submitting your order.







    HOW TO CARE FOR ORCHID AND SUCCULENT ARRANGEMENTS?


    • Do NOT place arrangements directly under ceiling fans, on top of televisions or radiators. 

    • Place your arrangement indoors, away from any direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents. 

    • Keep the arrangement in a cool spot (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit) 

    • Orchids thrive in bright indirect sunlight 

    • Please wait about 10 days between watering and provide only a small amount of water (around 1/4 cup or 3 cubes of ice for each orchid). Remember,  orchids and succulents thrive in a dryer environment!

    • Do NOT place arrangements directly under ceiling fans, on top of televisions or radiators. 

    • Place your arrangement indoors, away from any direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents. 

    • Keep the arrangement in a cool spot (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit)
